Make Your Donation
When you donate through our website, you'll receive an immediate email confirmation for your records. Keep this for your files.
Receive Annual Receipt
Each January, we'll send you a comprehensive annual tax receipt summarizing all your donations from the previous year. This includes one-time gifts and all monthly contributions.
File Your Taxes
Use your receipt when filing taxes to claim your charitable deduction. Our receipts include all required information: date, amount, and our tax ID number.
Access Anytime
Log into your donor portal to view and download receipts anytime throughout the year. You can also request duplicate receipts if needed.

What information is included on my tax receipt?
Your receipt includes: donation date(s), total amount donated, our organization's legal name and address, our Tax ID (EIN) number, and a statement confirming no goods or services were received in exchange for your donation.
When will I receive my tax receipt?
You'll receive an immediate email confirmation after each donation. Annual consolidated receipts are mailed and emailed in January for all donations made during the previous calendar year. You can also access receipts anytime through your online donor account.
How much can I deduct on my taxes?
The full amount of your donation is tax-deductible, subject to IRS limitations. Generally, you can deduct charitable contributions up to 60% of your adjusted gross income (AGI) for cash donations. Consult your tax advisor for specific guidance based on your situation.
Do I get separate receipts for monthly donations?
You'll receive an email confirmation each time your monthly donation processes. At year-end, you'll receive one comprehensive receipt that totals all your monthly contributions for easy tax filing.
What if I donated supplies instead of money?
In-kind donations of supplies are also tax-deductible at their fair market value. We'll provide a donation acknowledgment letter, but you're responsible for determining and documenting the value for tax purposes. Keep receipts showing the original purchase price.
I lost my receipt. Can I get another one?
Absolutely! Log into your donor portal to download a duplicate receipt, or contact us at donations@animalcarethailand.org and we'll send you a new copy within 2-3 business days.
Can I claim deductions if I'm not a U.S. taxpayer?
Tax deductibility varies by country. While we're a U.S. 501(c)(3) organization, we also work with international partners. Contact us to learn about tax benefits available in your country.
